Project Description
This course prepares students for shaping process-oriented companies, which are both, technology-centered as well as people-centered.
The course is based on the “lifecycle of BPM”, i.e. the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes. Students learn state-of-the-art techniques for modeling business processes, exploring process strengths and weaknesses, and preparing a proposal for process improvement. In this context, students also understand the background and value of business data: where is business data created and how can it be used to measure and improve business performance?
